NOURISH RETREAT SERIES 2025
Held four times a year, the Nourish Retreat Series draws inspiration from the teachings of the land, aligning with each season’s unique wisdom. Each retreat offers a distinctive theme, inviting participants to explore the essential question:
“What does it mean to care in these times?”
In creating the NOURISH series, I’ve woven together themes that have emerged as vital over my 15+ years as a psychotherapist. In these retreats, we slow down and ground ourselves in what is sacred and meaningful. Away from the city’s and your life’s demands, the SEED Lodge offers a serene space to connect with nature and transition from a busy, thinking mind into a feeling, embodied presence.
This conversation around care is timely. With burnout and stress-related challenges impacting more people than ever, it’s crucial—particularly for those of you in helping professions and leadership roles—to cultivate real, sustainable practices to carry you through the work that you do. Despite the prevalence of these issues, few are trained in true stress management, making this dialogue and experiential practice more necessary than ever.
I invite you to join us for the entire series as a commitment to your inner journey. Setting this intention early in the year allows you to prioritize time for deep self-care and reflection, away from distractions. Too often, we defer our own well-being, convinced that there will be time later. Here, you can make space for yourself and your growth right now.
While therapeutic in nature, the NOURISH series goes beyond traditional group therapy work. We don’t just talk about care; we embody it, connecting within nature and in the supportive presence of one another. Each session provides you with a toolkit of practices and new perspectives to bring home, enriching the way you approach daily life, work, and the people you offer your care to. This is a journey of lasting impact, a chance to return renewed and empowered to your own life and work.
The NOURISH series is designed for healthcare professionals and leaders seeking to navigate and thrive despite the challenges inherent to their work. It speaks to those facing burnout, compassion fatigue, and other impacts of prolonged caregiving, inviting exploration and healing.
