Nourish: For those who care.

This 3-day therapeutic wellness retreat is for busy people who care so much for others, that sometimes they forget how to care for themselves. Parents, caregivers, healthcare professionals, therapists, managers, business owners, people who have experienced burnout or nervous system depletion.

Set in a peaceful, nature-filled environment @ the SEED Lodge, you can unplug from your daily responsibilities. Meals are lovingly prepared for you, the beds are comfortable, and the place is quiet. You have no chores, just time to rest, reflect, and restore.

Participation is always optional, allowing you to listen to your body and choose what feels right in the moment.

The NOURISH retreat offers you the space to slow down, breathe deep & be inspired.

By investing in yourself, you’ll leave feeling refreshed, empowered, and ready to bring that renewed energy into your life and relationships.

The theme of this retreat:

Feed Yourself Through Art allows you to connect to your creativity as a source of deep nourishment for your soul.

Art therapy, Kundalini yoga, and breathwork workshops led by Esther Kalaba, a registered psychotherapist & yogi, offer you plenty of tools to reconnect to yourself and have real conversations with others on what it means to care. The NOURISH Retreat provides you with a supportive community and facilitates authentic connection.

The Nourish Retreat Series is held four times/year to reflect the teachings of the land in each season.

We want you to set aside the time for yourself and learn ways to replenish yourself. We want to build a community of care to break the social isolation that exacerbates stress. Each retreat has a different theme and is led by different health and wellness professionals. Please sign up to our mailing list to receive the 2025 schedule.

The NOURISH is covered by most insurance plans for psychotherapy (Ontario and Quebec) and can be claimed as a medical expense for tax purposes. If you need this option, please be sure to fill out the application form.
